I’m here! Just very busy.
I finished my thesis! WOO!
Today is the first day I’ve checked the blog in a few weeks.
I have a fair number of confessions to upload to get back on track.
i don’t understand why i have to pay for merch and concert tickets i’ve already sacrificed my soul to you guys what more could you want
Your soul won’t buy the band beer.
WE ARE 1 YEAR OLD TODAY!
Thank you everyone who had followed the blog and joined in the discussions. Thank you everyone who contributed.
The poll results are in. It was a slim margin but Jeff Hanneman won and will be MHC’s new avatar for the next year. On to another good year!
Send in those confessions!
And in honor of the MHC anniversary - ask me whatever you want.
Mod Note: Are those same individuals also aware that much of the look of metal comes from Rob Halford and a gay subculture?
Paganfest America is asking who you want to see for next year’s lineup.
Go tell them.
Lol. I wish I had time to invest in discovering new bands at the moment. But I don’t.
My life revolves around making my participant data say something useful. But that is not always the case.
I haven’t personally read about people having problems with bands using Vevo. I don’t see how it’s any different from a band video being on MTV or Vh1 though.
And I always get a little giddy if I see a metal video on MTV or Vh1 that isn’t an 80s hair/glam metal one. I’m usually wondering if the programmers over there sneaked one on without without their co-workers noticing.
